Helen trained at Dixon Wilson, joining in 1992, and is based in the London office.

She advises high net worth individuals and families with interests in properties and trusts both in the UK and abroad, and she has specific expertise in the UK impact of holding wealth in offshore trusts. She looks after a number of large landed estates, and at the core of her work are capital taxes and succession planning, aiming to give practical solutions to wealth protection issues. Helen also enjoys advising on the taxes arising on property transactions and holdings. Over her long career at Dixon Wilson she inevitably assisted families manage the financial impact of their births, marriages and deaths, giving pragmatic support on inter-generational giving, pre-nups and divorce settlements, and IHT.

Helen also acts for a Trustee for a number of her clients. She aims to give sensible advice and achievable solutions as a trusted family advisor.
