We regularly advise on long-term strategic aims. Our advice is regularly sought on issues such as: wealth transfer from the private company to individual shareholders; executive pension schemes including self investment; asset protection for the business and its owners; and the valuation of a business.

We have particular experience of acting for families who control, or have major shareholdings in, substantial public or private companies. We frequently act as consultants to companies which retain larger firms as auditors and where directors or shareholders recognise the benefit of an independent view.
