We have traditionally acted for a wide range of underwriting members of Lloyd's whether underwriting with unlimited liability or underwriting through the medium of a Scottish Limited Partnership or a 'Nameco'. We will assist in providing tax advice and are able to discuss issues such as funding with the names' members' agent.
