The Recruitment Process
Our Graduate recruitment is a three stage process.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to take an initial numerical reasoning test (NRT). Upon successful completion, you will be invited to sit a verbal reasoning test (VRT) and a critical reasoning test (CRT).
Candidates who successfully complete our testing stage will have an interview with one of our HR team. At the end of this meeting you will be asked to complete an additional numerical exercise. Candidates applying for the Paris office will sit an additional written French test and will be interviewed in the Paris office.
Only the brightest and most talented candidates will be invited back to meet a partner/director for a second interview. At this stage you will also get the chance to meet one of the current trainees.
