The Recruitment Process
Our Graduate recruitment is a two stage process.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre, to sit three tests (maths, verbal reasoning & written communication). Successful candidates will then have an interview with one of our HR team. You will also get the chance to meet one of the current trainees. Candidates applying for the Paris office will sit an additional written French test and will be interviewed in the Paris office.
Only the brightest and most talented candidates will be invited back to meet a Partner for a second interview.
