The partners of Dixon Wilson are delighted to announce three promotions to director with effect from 1 April 2022: Charlotte Eva, Kieran Hutchinson-Dean and Oliver Jackson.
Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor specialising in owner-managed businesses, audit and compliance services. She has a wide portfolio focused mainly on wealthy UK based entrepreneurs, advising on the accounting and tax aspects of their business and their personal tax planning. Her technical experience extends to all aspects of UK corporate tax, financial reporting and audit, including companies, LLPs, charities and pension schemes. In 2021 she won the CityWealth Future Leaders Gold Award for Accountant of the Year (Manager).
Kieran is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor and has a wide-ranging portfolio that includes a mix of personal tax, trust and corporate clients. A significant proportion of his work includes providing tax compliance and advisory services to non-UK domiciled clients. Kieran also has large estates and large family trusts as clients. He provides advice on complex tax issues as well as overseeing the financial and tax compliance requirements. Kieran achieved the Ronald Ison Medal for the highest mark in one of his Chartered Tax Advisor examinations, and the Raymond Kelly Medal for the highest mark in the UK paper as part of completing the Advanced Diploma in International Tax.
Oliver is a Chartered Accountant and Tax advisor and manages a varied portfolio of clients, providing a wide range of advisory and compliance services. This is focussed on high net worth individuals and families, including their trusts and private companies. Oliver is experienced in providing advice on trusts, including capital taxes and succession planning. Oliver was awarded the Spofforth Medal by the Chartered Institute of Taxation for the candidate with the highest mark in the Advisory Paper on Inheritance Tax, Trusts & Estates, and a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients. Oliver also has experience in audit, assurance and tax compliance services for landed estates in both corporate and trust ownership structures.
