Dixon Wilson celebrated International Women's Day with a series of firm-wide events. This year's theme was #Breakthebias, a chance for us to challenge traditional stereotypes and do things differently.

On 8 March we "kicked" things off with lunchtime kickboxing in nearby Lincoln's Inn Fields, followed by an (Equali)tea break where we discussed this year's theme over tea and cake. In the evening we enjoyed pizza and a feminist film night in the boardroom.

On 10 March we hosted a networking event with guest speaker Natalie Haynes, acclaimed author, columnist, comedian and classicist, followed by champagne and afternoon tea with an opportunity to discuss Natalie's fantastic speech.
