Tim trained at Dixon Wilson, qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1989 and is based in the London office.

Tim has a particular interest in HMRC enquiry work, where he has achieved notable successes in enquiries focussing on technical issues as diverse as domicile and the UK capital gains tax treatment of usufruct.
