We highly value all our staff and ensure that we retain the best through internal promotion – almost all of our partners and senior staff joined us as trainees.

As a trainee, you will be supported via bi-annual reviews which chart your progress and establish future goals and objectives for your career advancement.

Building strong, lasting relationships

We also provide guidance and training through mentoring and offer one to one support to ensure that you have well-rounded soft and technical skills which are essential for producing high quality work and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and staff.

We all work extremely hard to contribute to the Firm’s success, but it’s not ‘all work and no play’ in our offices. There are monthly ‘pay day’ drinks and dress down Fridays, as well as a diverse range of activities planned by our dedicated Social Committee.
