Being a mid-sized firm, Dixon Wilson also affords the opportunity to gain responsibility early on in your career. I have developed working relationships with all members of the firm’s hierarchy which not only provides a strong culture of collaboration but also accords pragmatic training. This has established an insight into the career progression within Dixon Wilson and how highly it values those that have completed their training contracts with the firm.
Whilst the ACA exams are certainly challenging, Dixon Wilson is heavily invested in helping you achieve your goals.
